Lawnsville was founded on Wellington Anniversary weekend in 2021 with a simple mission: to provide exceptional lawn care and garden services while fostering strong connections with our local community. Over the years, we’ve had the pleasure of meeting many fantastic people from all walks of life, and we’ve continuously refined our services to meet the unique needs of our customers.

We love the flexibility and independence that comes with running our own business, and we’re committed to delivering reliable, high-quality service to every customer. Unlike larger companies that cover vast areas, we’ve chosen to keep our operations local, focusing on a smaller geographic area to avoid the inefficiencies of being stuck in traffic. This allows us to spend more time working on your property, ensuring the highest level of care and attention to detail.

At Lawnsville, we recognize that every lawn mowing service is different. Our goal is to be transparent with our customers about how we operate, so you can determine if our approach aligns with your expectations.

Here’s how we work:

• Invoicing and Payments: We believe in prompt, transparent communication. After completing a job, we send an invoice via Xero within 24 hours. We ask for payment to be made within 14 days, with most of our clients opting for internet banking. For those who prefer to pay in cash, we’re happy to accommodate that as well.

• Regular Lawn Mowing Customers: If you’re on a regular lawn mowing schedule with us, we ask that you notify us if you’ve mowed your lawn before our scheduled visit. This helps us avoid unnecessary trips and ensures that we only visit when needed, keeping our services efficient and cost-effective.

• Dog Owners: For our customers with dogs, we take extra care. We send notifications in advance so you can keep your dogs inside and ensure that dog waste is removed prior to our visit. This allows us to work safely and efficiently while maintaining a respectful environment.

• Quote: We believe in providing clear and accurate quotes by visiting your property first. This allows us to get a complete picture of what needs to be done, and we also enjoy meeting the people we’ll be working with. Our quotes come at no charge and with no obligation—you are free to accept or decline.Once we’ve assessed your property, we’ll send the quote directly to your email via Xero. If you choose to move forward with us and accept the quote, we will promptly get in touch to schedule a convenient time and date to complete the work.
